This guide provides the complete procedure to change your firmware and configure a 20-digit Hexadecimal PLOAM (e.g., for Digi, Movistar, Orange).
1. Initial Connection / ๅๅง่ฟๆฅ
- Physical Setup: Insert the SFP into a switch, router, or media converter and connect your PC.
- PC IP: Manually set your computer's IP to 192.168.1.100.
- Web Login: Access
192.168.1.10 via browser (User: root, Password: [None]).
- Language: You may change the language to English/Chinese in the System menu. Save and Reboot before proceeding.



2. Firmware Upgrade / ๆดๆขๅบไปถ
Since the default WebUI does not support Hex PLOAM, you must upgrade to the OpenWrt-based firmware.
- Download: Get the firmware from hack-gpon.org.
- Flash: Navigate to System -> Backup / Flash Firmware.

- Action: Upload the image file and click Flash image.

- Note for Unifi Users: If "EEPROM detection error" appears, simply plug in the fiber cable; it usually clears after 24โ48 hours of use.
3. Hex PLOAM Setup (via SSH) / ้
